The Electronic Library Project for Youth Work Specialists was launched in 2017. It is implemented by the basic organization of the CIS on youth issues with the support of the CIS Youth Affairs Council, as well as the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia. This is an international project involving other state and public organizations from the Commonwealth. The project's goal is to make current regional and international documents on youth policy available to everyone.
About logo
Creating a logo usually requires a lot of time and effort, but in the case of the library logo, everything worked out from the first attempt. Although we made some adjustments after the initial proposal, we liked the main idea right away.
We decided to base it on the colors of the CIS flag. The logo itself symbolizes the sun, which spreads light and warmth. Youth represents the bright future of the nation, and the rays symbolize the unity of different nations.
About website
The website is designed to provide information, so we gave it a simple and concise design.
The site is done in light tones, with three key sections highlighted on the main page: news, arrivals, and popular publications. Partners are also featured on the main page.
On the internal pages, you can see the book cover and find important information along with reading or downloading buttons, highlighted in bright colors. All posted documents are available for download upon authorization. At the bottom of the page, there is a list of books similar to the selected one.
We believe that the website has proven to be convenient and informative for users. We proudly present our design and hope that it will become a valuable source of information for all visitors.
